Executive Properties, Inc. is a leader in apartment management in the Akron area. We have nearly 40 years experience in maintaining the best buildings around. We successfully combine the best of what’s new with the excellent customer service instituted when we greeted our first resident.

We love what we do, and we work hard to maintain high standards of quality. Our staff is committed to providing excellent service in a friendly, professional manner. We continually improve our buildings and services to ensure our residents the hassle-free advantages they desire in apartment living!

We manage 6 buildings, with a total of nearly 700 apartments, plus commercial offices.

We also offer short-term suites that are completely furnished and can be leased for a minimum of two months at select locations. Our construction is so solid that it is as close to soundproof as you can find. Many utilities are included in the rent.
